I have designed a 1MW plant in PVSOL using 3D modeling on a flat ground. I want to use just KOSTAL inverters (piko 36KW). But my problem is that when I select this type of inverter the PVSOL dose not accept it. Can you help me?

The developers of PVSOL Expert provide an example regarding inverters and solar configurations. They also have a comprehensive user guide that you can study to fix the issue you're having.
You can download the user guide accessing the URL and then the other example using this URL. On the second link, you'll find some text along with the PDF file linked on the page.
We have purchased PVSOL Expert a couple of years ago, but the Director who used to use it left us last year and we now need it to design some system performance calls for our commercial clients. What we can do to recover the password?

I recently installed this application on my computer, and I cannot find any option that can help you recover your lost password. If you cannot get in touch with your Director, the only solution you have to recover your password is to send an email to the developers at: [email protected] and ask them for help.
